This is a duck-infused dinner devoted to the fickle mistress of Pinot Noir. A shared meal guided by Sommelier Luke Campbell and hosted with the team at The Central Club Hotel. Pinot Noir is one of the world's oldest cultivated grape varieties- perhaps as far back as 1000 BC. We've curated a night devoted to aged pinot noir, from some great Australian Producers like Sailor Seeks Horse, Chatto and Home Hill will feature. Several vintages of wines will be on show. You will taste and share some great food, alongside some standout aged Pinot Noirs.
