ROSE x LAGOON - COMPLEMENTARY FLAVOURS DINNER Feb 19th
As we head back to our friends at Lagoon Dining we invite you along to indulge in an evening of flavour and Pink Wine. Sparkling, dry and textured rose will be on offer.
We will have a 4 course menu of Asian fusion with an array of flavours and textures to complement. Casual discussion throughout the evening on the wines and the cusine. Why do they work so well? What are the basic thoughts behind the pairings? Which wines (2 per course) work best?
Lagoon has mastered the art of Asian fusion, bringing together savoury, sweet, spicy and umami dishes with new style combinations. If you have not experienced this restaurant we encourage you to come along.
Rose has texture, brightness, spice and fruit - combinations that savour and indulge themselves against Asian dishes. We are going to explore these combiantions with discussions throughout the evening. With casual Sommelier guided converstaions.
