The domaine is located in the heart of Meursault, at the foot of the vineyards of the old Château Clos De Citeaux. The Bouzereau family has been making wine here for nine generations. The vineyards include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligote. Philippe cultivates vines from Chassagne all the way to Aloxe but principally from Meursault. The fermentation happens on fine lees, in oak barrels, with regular stirring. Bottling after 18 months of aging including 12 months in barrels (30% new oak) then 6 months in a stainless steel vats.
